Micro orbitals - variations on two circles and straight lines from this week's #plotparty

I like making these small multiples to visualise the range of outputs from a single algorithm with constrained random parameters. Here we always have two circles and a similar number of lines connecting them at a fixed angle relative to the tangent, but their center offset and size varies. The result is then always cropped to the square.
